During his time at the agricultural college (where he studied forestry) my grandfather
went on a school excursion to the 'Reichswald' ('Empire's Forest' ) near the German city of Kleef.
We see him here in front of the carriage, standing, 6th from right. Beautiful excursion
carriages by the way! Everybody is wearing something on their head: be it caps, bowlerhats or other...
